Third State of the Union Address

This Presidential address was made in 1839. In it, reference is made to boundary disputes between British-held territory and America and also to disputes with Mexico. He speaks of other peaceable relations in other parts of the world. He also alludes to the hostility shown by Canadians to their counterparts in America.
