The Story Behind the Birth of the Book

Inspiration is the voice of the soul, calling you to create. It leads to changes filled with unexpected discoveries.

The story of the creation of this book is as unusual as the work itself. It all began with the first electronic edition in Russian – just 36 pages, but even those managed to resonate in the hearts of readers, sparking a deep response. The book began to gain attention in Russian-speaking media, and I realized: this impulse was not accidental. It was a sign that the world needed something more, and my modest work was just the beginning of the journey. Inspired by underwater dives and deep personal development, I felt that one day something greater would emerge – a work that would be both personal and universal, opening new layers of understanding and connecting people with their true essence.

The following three years became a true journey of transformation for me. I changed, pushing the boundaries of my consciousness, and constantly received messages confirming that the book should become part of this path. It felt like a Call, leading me through necessary labyrinths to free myself from the unnecessary, and, in the dance of freedom of consciousness, receiving enough internal light impulses – flashes of the soul – to reveal and complete the work. I felt that this moment was what my entire life had been leading to. And then, after going through the process of detaching from attachments to the material world, or rather, stepping out of its "system," I had a dream – bright and filled with light – in which I saw my book, already published and fully designed in its impressive size. I could feel its density and heard the rustling of its pages as I leafed through it. Since childhood, I’ve been able to distinguish dreams as messages, and this one was just that – real, carrying clear knowledge. Soon after, other dreams followed, confirming that the book already existed, and its time had come. This process felt like revelations, woven from signs and symbols. I felt the Universe itself guiding me to publication, directing each step.

The flow of creativity completely consumed me. Miracles became part of almost every day and dream, and inspiration became my breath. I woke up at five in the morning, feeling an irresistible need to write, as if my book were a living being requiring care. “I’m going to feed my little girl, the book,” I would tell my husband, heading out to fill its pages with light, experience, and love.

At the beginning of work, I had a dream where I saw a tiny daughter, the size of a palm, sleeping on my left shoulder. There was an incredible force of attraction between us – a sincere and tender Love. Later, I was shown my daughter as a full-sized newborn, and our connection with her felt just as boundless. I gently swaddled the baby and asked my husband to find more swaddling clothes – everything happened so unexpectedly that we hadn’t prepared for her birth. Holding this miraculous bundle in my left arm, I lovingly took care of household chores and then lay down with her in bed, breastfeeding her.

I felt an invisible, yet infinitely wise force guiding me through this process. All the signs, dreams, and messages formed a unified picture, as if someone were patiently painting it on the canvas of my consciousness. The Universe itself seemed to be saying, "Trust, and everything will unfold as it should." Time seemed to slow down, allowing me to realize the depth of what was happening. The dreams became more vivid, and the feeling that my "little one" already existed grew stronger with each passing day. I perceived her as a living being, ready to come to life.

One night, I dreamt of a spiritual guide – a woman seer who approached me with quiet, yet powerful awareness. She looked into my eyes, and I felt a thin web of light unfold around me, creating the sensation that I was at the center of something much greater. Then, I looked up at the sky, and in the column of clear light stretching into the boundless height, with which I felt connected, a large white bird appeared. It gently flew towards my head and settled on my left shoulder.

– You can't even imagine how much your little one wants to be born, – said the woman, her voice filled with love and wisdom.

I felt a deep connection with the bird that had flown close to me, as if it were an invisible part of myself. Now, recalling that moment, I suddenly felt the echoes of the seagull from Richard Bach’s Jonathan Livingston Seagull, which once helped me remember the essence of transitions between dimensions. It was as though clarity had been activated within me, a realization that the consciousness peacefully observes the shift between levels of perception (dimensions), where every occurrence is not a coincidence but a harmonious response of life, revealing its highest purpose.

The seer smiled, and her eyes filled with a gentle certainty.

– You have one more month to prepare for her arrival, the seer continued. – This has all become available to you because you are home now, she added.

Her words resonated warmly in my heart, making everything I had been moving toward clear and tangible. Life had "returned" me to the "home" of my soul, and I was ready to receive this gift with gratitude and awareness of my role.

I plunged into tranquility and the inner knowing that everything happens at the right time. Trusting the flow that seemed to carry me on wings, I opened myself to everything that was meant to happen.

The book emerged in such a state of inspiration that both its content and form became a true miracle. Every word, every sentence held not only my thoughts, experiences, and the boundless love I poured into its creation but also the extraordinary revelations gifted to me by unseen guides—my higher aspects—throughout the process. I could feel how the book was filling me, and through me, radiating light and energy into the world. Living through each moment of its creation, I nurtured it as a small miracle, ready to be born at any moment.

I continued to have extraordinary dreams, immersing me in different experiences, where I saw powerful, living energy flowing toward me, brimming with inspiration. It felt like an intense passion connecting me to the act of creation, the kind of force that lifts, fills each moment with meaning, and brings something essential into existence.

The energy of the book came to life in the image on the cover, where my artwork “The Fifth Element” (also known as “Baptism”) is featured – a continuation of the book, its soul and first breath, where energy, light, water, and creativity merge into one. This painting has been with me since 2015, and many times, even back then, I would hold it in my hands to absorb its energy. It helped me gain freedom, to reveal it both for myself and for the world.

”The Fifth Element” embodies the essence of the book, conveying the idea of deep interconnectedness: the purer the inner depth, the more its true treasures unfold, the brighter consciousness shines—the expression of the true “Self”—and the stronger the connection with higher aspects, expanded layers of reality, and infinite possibilities becomes. The creation of this painting, like my entire artistic journey, has its own unique story, which you will discover in the chapter of the same name, The Fifth Element. This piece carries profound symbolism, reflecting the very force and energy I sought to convey in the book. Like the book itself, it unveils new layers of understanding, bridges worlds, and becomes a portal through which one can step into new dimensions.

"Well, your girl is about to be born," my friend said, pointing to the image of the water-girl in ”The Fifth Element” painting when I shared that she had "asked" to be on the cover of my nearly finished book. I was surprised to realize that I had never connected the newborn girl from my dream with the vision that had come to me from the subtle realms ten years ago becoming the central motif of my painting and now the embodiment of my book Dimension.

Well then, my dear book-daughter, my girl, go forth into the world with ease and love. Bring light to those who seek inspiration, to those who dream, and peace to those who feel lost. May each of your pages become a doorway to a new dimension, where readers will meet their own depth, truth, and strength.

You were created with the warmth of my heart, with the energy and wisdom of my journey. May your words gently touch souls, reminding them that they have always been more than they thought. May your voice resonate just as clearly as it did within me when you were still coming to life.

I am sincerely grateful to my close friend, Yulia Ilin, with whom I have been friends since childhood. Our lives have unfolded in such an amazing way that Yulia has always been by my side – first in the same building in the town of Kostomuksha in Karelia, and later in neighboring areas of Oulu in Finland.
