The Power of Love

If something is lacking in life, it means that energy – light and love – is missing. This is a deep truth that touches the very heart of all that is manifested.

A lack of love and light, as primordial energies, always points to an incompleteness in our inner harmony. We cannot attain the fullness of the external world until we fill our inner world with these inexhaustible sources. By returning to our wholeness through the sufficiency of energies, we heal ourselves and radiate light, love, and awareness into the world, creating space for profound transformations in our external reflection.

Those who are filled with love and gratitude open the path to synchronization with the higher vibrations of the Universe. In this process of love and light, we find our true wholeness and freedom.

Being in a state of unconditional love – this is enough to transform reality into its natural, prosperous forms. Water becomes an indispensable ally in this process, serving as a conduit to higher energies and layers of the Cosmos. Through conscious interaction with it, balance is restored, and we root ourselves in the flow of love and light.

In this state of harmony and connection with the higher energies, we begin to see that on the path to all-encompassing consciousness, desires must come not from the mind, but from the heart and trust. They are true impulses, parts of the light body of the Observer itself, rather than the result of fear or limitations of its "avatar" in the old world.

The dual mind may resist, but the heart, which feels the truth, recognizes any deviations from the path.

Every action must fill, not deplete. When energy "flows out," perception narrows, and manifestation in the physical world becomes limited. Reality is therefore not determined by external efforts or achievements but by how "sufficient" love, light, and joy are in our centering ourselves as the point of attraction. Then all external "attributes" appear easily, if they truly serve us for the good. Having freed ourselves from internal barriers and self-rejection, we allow abundance – the energy of love, which simply Is – to flow infinitely into our lives.

Love, inner knowledge, and conviction possess immense power. Through them, the evolution of our consciousness and the world as a whole occurs, directing everything toward harmony and expansion. Everything is one, and if we encounter lack, it is enough to fill this space with love, which restores wholeness. Imperfection is a gift, and in the process of its unfolding, our internal energy channel is purified and replenished, opening the path for better conductivity of healing energy, light, and prosperity – both personal and external.

We are beings of light, capable of creating miracles through the power of our love. This allows us to overcome limitations and see the world in the light of its true version. Unconditional and sincere love, free from demands and expectations, not only heals but also expands the consciousness of all that we encounter: whether it is partners, children, parents, society, health, body, or even material desires.

External reality does not always align with our expectations, especially in relationships with those close to us. Those around us may carry painful experiences, not having received enough love in the past or being in a state of fear transmitted through generations. Unconsciously, we may carry their programs as indicators on the path "home" within ourselves, and thus they become trigger points and simultaneously "spotlights" pointing to places within us that have yet to heal and attain wholeness.

It is time to break this cycle, stop seeking love from the outside, and become its source. Filled with inner light, we effortlessly transmit this energy to those around us, which, in turn, transforms them in the most ecologically suitable form for them.

The moments that touch us are not random. They point to contradictions between our desires and beliefs. By studying ourselves through external events, our bodies, health, and by bravely looking within, we begin to understand that difficulties are clues reflecting inner imbalances.

These signals bring us back to a deeper perception of life and the unfolding of our true nature. Gradually, through the external world, we become aware that every obstacle, every challenge, is an opportunity to break free from cyclical patterns and return to the higher aspects of our consciousness. This confirms that everything that happens on our path is accompanied by an unwavering and unconditional loving force, manifesting through every external event and experience.

We, as fragments of a mosaic, gather our wholeness through the reflections of the external world. Incongruences become beacons, pointing to parts of ourselves that need the light energy so that, in its glow, we can return "home" and see a new reality.

In the process of returning to ourselves, we do not suppress or deny our feelings. We release the struggle and allow ourselves to see what truly lies beneath them. Looking beyond the mind, we reconnect with our true self, gaining deep understanding and inner freedom. As we return to our higher vibrations, we not only transform ourselves but also influence those around us. They begin to perceive a reality in which love requires no conditions, and healing becomes a natural process for them.

The multidimensional consciousness that we already embody intuitively senses resonance with the world and, filled with light, directs energy where it is lacking. Open yourself to this flow, and you will witness the boundless unfold around you, where every moment is filled with harmony, love, and the power leading you toward wholeness. You are already on the path to your highest potential – trust in your ability to create, heal, and be a source of light for yourself and for the world.

When we open our hearts, the world around us stops being a background and becomes a living conversation partner, a source of energy, support, and knowledge. The ocean, the river, even a raindrop – water carries wisdom capable of retuning our consciousness to the frequencies of higher vibrations. By immersing ourselves in its flow, we can feel that love is the all-pervading force that connects all existence. It flows through us as naturally as water, cleansing, healing, and filling. And the deeper we enter this dialogue, the more vividly we become aware of the connection to what lies beyond ordinary perception, to what calls us beyond the boundaries of the old world – to the space where new dimensions open.

True Dreams

No matter how much we discuss true dreams, the perception of them through the limited mind leaves such conversations superficial or even empty, not touching the deeper, unconscious aspects. True dreams and intentions exist in a different, more subtle dimension, where words lose their power, and energy and sensations become the true guides. Visualization and manifestation are useful tools, but in a world filled with mental patterns, they hold little strength. In the consciousness of the Creator, these practices lose their meaning entirely because everything turns into a game of "reverse": revealing what already is.

To achieve ease, we must release old ideas of cause and effect in the dual world and realize that desires already exist in the space of possibilities of the new dimension of Love. They wait for us to align with their frequency and allow them to manifest as parts of our own light.

Understanding our true desires is difficult because the mind entangles us in doubts and others' expectations. The paradox is that to understand our true desires, we must stop searching for them. We must go beyond the mind, cease the empty analysis – desires do not come from outside; they already exist within our consciousness. The path to them lies through liberation from concepts, in the silence of the mind and the sparks of the heart.

The mind and ego, with which we are accustomed to identifying ourselves in the search for our purpose or desires, can be compared to a diver's gear: a beginner may start to flip over, weighed down by the tank. However, from the very first lesson, we teach: "The tank should not control you; you control the tank. Tilt your body slightly forward, engage your back muscles, and the tank will become your helper, assisting you in assuming the necessary horizontal position, no longer pulling you along with it." Similarly, the mind should serve us, not the other way around: when we direct it with our inner attention, it becomes a powerful tool for uncovering truth and achieving inner balance, rather than a source of chaos and confusion. We cannot comprehend the truth of the soul if our higher consciousness is suppressed by the dominance of the "all-knowing" limited mind. By freeing ourselves from mental reactions and even knowledge, we gain inner freedom and mastery over pure consciousness in shaping reality.

Not everything we desire in the dual world is necessary for true happiness. Everything has its mission, and every manifestation leads us to the revelation of a multidimensional perception of life, where there is enough of everything. What we truly need in the present moment is already present in our reality.

Happiness does not depend on desires but comes and expands through gratitude for what already is. When we live in a state of love and acceptance, free from attachment to desires, inner happiness attracts into our life everything that fills our life with greater joy and light, harmoniously revealing each manifestation in these energies.

Trust reveals to us the understanding that beyond our control, there is something that constantly supports the movement, guiding us toward what we truly need in the present moment, even if we cannot fully comprehend this process.

Everything around us is imbued with this great flow of energy, permeating all the manifested and unmanifested. This invisible force connects every particle of the Universe, creating invisible threads that bind everything and everyone together. In different cultures, it is called by different names: Qi in China, Ki in Japan, Prana in India, Brahman in Vedic philosophy. However, the essence remains unchanged – it is the primordial energy, the breath of the Universe, the continuous flow that sustains life and movement in all that exists.

This force does not require effort for its existence; it simply flows, maintaining harmony and balance in the world. Everything that is born, moves, and changes occurs thanks to this flow. It permeates nature and enters us, giving life to our thoughts, actions, and feelings. We are an inseparable part of its quiet but powerful current. Our perception of the world and our interaction with it depend on how aligned we are with this force.

This energy makes the winds blow, the oceans pulse, and the plants stretch toward the light. It fills us with the very fact of life, without requiring effort. We breathe, our hearts beat, blood flows – and all of this happens effortlessly because the flow of this force permeates us like light in space.

By releasing control, we open ourselves to the possibility of observing how the invisible force guides events in the most harmonious way – through the experience of higher consciousness, free from ego-programming, inner competition, and expectations. In resonance with this powerful energy, we allow ourselves to be part of the Universe, acting in harmony with its flow, without unnecessary thoughts and tension. Letting go of resistance, we enter the natural rhythm of life, where every action, every word, and every thought becomes an expression of this unconditional force. We open ourselves to the great energy that leads us smoothly, revealing worlds that once seemed unreachable.

Energy begins to flow freely through us, creating thoughts and images that align with our new reality. We stop struggling for solutions and start to observe how the world surprises us, creating a celebration of life itself.

The more we trust this flow, the clearer we understand: we don't need to exhaust ourselves with control or effort.

Everything already flows in perfect harmony.

This is the nature of the Observer – not to fight, but to contemplate, allowing life to unfold in its natural rhythm. In its vibrations of love and gratitude, there is no room for fears, doubts, or resistance – it is above all the trivial concerns, knowing that everything happens for the highest good.

Consciousness, when it becomes the player, sees: there is no need to choose with tension, everything simply manifests when we stop clinging to the mind's ideas of "right" choices. Desires cease to be goals and become impulses of Love itself, naturally unfolding in life, manifesting as expressions of inner unity. The game becomes light because it is a smooth movement in harmony with what already Exists. When we simply are and everything along with us also is, the concept of choice loses its significance. All questions of "what's better?" or "how to choose best?" vanish because we are free from concepts, enjoying the manifestations of the heart's impulses and the light.

In the space of "I Am," everything exists simultaneously and is accessible in the flow of joy, that very invisible creative force mentioned in various teachings. Here, we live in the moment, without struggle or contradictions, not playing roles or attaching ourselves to thoughts or events. In this world of our all-encompassing consciousness, dreams become reality not because we actively choose them, but because we allow them to manifest, being open to the flow of life and trusting our inner knowing.

True dreams have no boundaries. They are not in search, but exist in this moment of life, in the flow that we stop controlling.

My Blue Dream

As I was preparing for my first trip to the Maldives, I knew that I would have the chance to dive at a local dive center. Inspired by the upcoming adventure, I watched the film Odyssey before leaving. In one of the scenes, the heroine, diving underwater, found herself face-to-face with a whale. She froze, stunned by the beauty of this majestic creature and the melody of its song. That scene, so full of magic and tranquility, seemed to sneak into my consciousness, leaving an indelible mark. I felt that something similar awaited me—a meeting with something that words could never fully describe.

After the trip, I told my friend how I felt during my first dive, like I was a part of everything.

"It was something," I shared. "I was everything and everywhere at once." She gently replied, "You were home."

I hadn't met the whale at that time yet, but the image of this great creature had already taken root in my heart, like an inspiring blue dream—enticing and unexplored. The whale became a symbol of something deeper, almost an embodiment of my connection with the world, with the ocean, with eternity.

Years passed, and I continued my journey, sometimes overcoming the harshest conditions to become confident in the water, and later, a professional dive search-and-rescue specialist, and dive instructor. One day, my friend and I came to the conclusion that perhaps my entire path in diving wasn't so much about becoming a master in this craft, but more about preparing for the meeting with my blue whale. All of this was necessary so that, having gained confidence through experience and skills, I could truly enjoy witnessing its presence and majesty in the depths of the water when we finally meet. But one day, I realized that my blue dream symbolized meeting myself, the depths of my soul, and those parts of me that had yet to be fully revealed. It wasn't so much the mind's desire to see whales, but the soul's yearning for harmony and unity with nature, the ocean, and the whole world. In this search, I was looking for inner clarity, peace, and connection with higher forces. One day, in silence, when I see this giant, it will not just be a meeting, but a merging with something deeper and limitless. A breath in – and I become part of the ocean, a new facet of my multidimensional consciousness unfolding in every moment. And again, a breath in – and I am no longer a separate element, but an irreplaceable, inseparable part of everything that exists, connected with the endless flow of life.

The blue dream tends to slip away from the matrix mind. It lies beyond the usual concepts, where love and dreams merge, and it becomes difficult to distinguish what we truly desire. For sometimes, true desires are not those that we are conscious of, but those that lie beyond ordinary perception, in a realm beyond limited thinking. They exist, but we are not always ready to see them. However, as soon as we open our hearts, release conditioned desires and attachments, and become the observing Observer, the impulses of light begin to emerge – true dreams that are already a part of us. These desires not only point the way for “outer” experience but also open the path of transformation on a deep level of consciousness. Our true dreams are beacons that, through their impulses of light, guide us to self-knowledge, helping us return to our true "I."

Everything that has ever happened or happens today already holds its immeasurable value. Let your experience, or parts of it, be of any shade and sometimes seem like "grains of sand in the sea" – don't rush to underestimate them. One day, the veil will fall, and you'll realize that all these moments were precious golden particles that were forming into a unique, whole, and priceless masterpiece of your true "I" together with your blue dream. It is in this process of self-discovery that it’s important to observe your dreams like waves coming and going. Don't cling to them but listen carefully to the response they evoke in your heart. After all, every desire is another step on the path to revealing your inner light. When you feel that the dream is a part of your love, of who you are, you begin to see that the true dream is a natural movement in harmony with the world of unity. And perhaps, like my blue dream, it will lead you to the moment when you simply become part of this love, this ocean, without unnecessary searching, just allowing yourself to be who you Are.

Each person has their own "whale" – the Call of the soul, a voice from the deepest depths that cannot be silenced. It may manifest as intuition, an unexpected impulse, or a telepathic response, like the cry of a whale heard beyond the horizon. When we listen to this Call, we follow our true path and enter the flow of life, where there is no division, only unity with the infinite ocean of consciousness.

We аre Like Dolphins

In 2018, I wrote a poem that was given to me underwater.

We are like dolphins

If I need happiness, I seek it in joy – And that gives me strength to enjoy. If I need peace, I find it in smoothness: Of emotions, or in movements' finesse.

If I need faith, I take it from pure water, From love, from the present, and from patience farther. And if I need everything, I find it in nature – In a world without doubts, Where I absorb colors and clarity, Like the swirl of the best thoughts in unity.

We are like dolphins, And in revelation, Each of us can be a healer, Bring forth inspiration, Radiate euphoria just by being. When we are whole, When we're true to our hearts, When we don’t waste ourselves on empty thoughts, But simply create, share kind feelings, Smiles and meaning in others’ lives.

We are like dolphins, And all horizons are ours to claim, All the oceans, We can playfully choose the game: Laughter and health, love and wealth – And the meaning of it all Can come in a flash, Unexpected, yet full of grace. We can soar, leap into the air, Pick up speed, outpace the boats, Spin in a dance with the pod deep below, Jump again, bask in the sun’s glow, Then return to the wave, with a flow.

We are like dolphins, Inexplicable and bright, Able to create miracles and heal, With love for ourselves, and love for all in sight. Hearing the child inside, We suddenly find its voice – It’s the voice of a dolphin, A sound that makes us rejoice. They speak in one language, Chirping and laughing with glee, Jumping together from the water, Living so wild and free.

We are like dolphins.

And when I need to be real,

I just think of the dolphins,

And remember how they feel.
