The Rosary

This Edwardian romance is set in a time of unusual peace and tranquillity. The society bachelor, sought after by every matron for her daughter falls in love with the plainest of older women. She is rich, well-travelled and happy with life and she refuses him. She finds it impossible to come to terms with the knowledge that when she sings, his world stands still.
