The Cochineal

This is a children's book originally published for use in a Sunday school. It begins with a ten-year-old boy and his father examining a cochineal insect through a powerful magnifier. They are then able to see in detail the beautiful pattern on its head and back and the tiny scales that make up the pattern. The boy exclaims how wonderful God must be to take so much care with making this tiny creature.
