Academy of Lies. Episode 1: Welcome to the Academy of Lies

A closed elite Academy trains future diplomats, politicians, and intelligence officers. Behind its gothic walls lies a unique system — student castes, strange rituals, and exams where the main weapon is not knowledge, but the ability to read other people’s secrets.

Professor of psychology Alexander Leontiev, expelled from the university after a scandalous investigation, receives an invitation to the Academy. But within days he realizes: he’s not there to teach — he’s become part of a dangerous game. Humiliations, exposed secrets, and then — the first death, hastily labeled an “accident.”

Leontiev notices what others overlook: the evidence contradicts the official version. Someone has carefully erased the traces and left him a chilling message — *“Welcome to the Lie.”* Now the professor must discover who is an enemy, who is an ally, and whether it’s possible to survive in a place where truth itself is a death sentence.
