The Ticket

The Ticket is the first novel in the epic sci-fi saga To the Stars.

Set in the near future, the story begins as Earth faces ecological disaster and a looming climate collapse. A highly advanced alien civilization from the distant planet Vriin, long observing events on our world, finally decides to make contact.

Maarv, a young Vriinian scientist, secretly travels to Earth after calculating the planet’s point of no return. His goal is to understand humankind and assess their readiness for interstellar contact.

Meanwhile, the Vriin military caste releases a deadly virus of intellectual selection, the Genomode, to gradually eradicate Earth’s population.

On Earth, Maarv meets two humans, Kane and John, and reveals the truth. Together, they must reach the Great Galactic Council to save Earth from the deadly virus. To achieve this, the friends must assemble a mysterious ancient artifact, the Ticket, which grants access to the Council on the distant planet of Ilion.
