Hay varias razones para hacer público el contenido de este texto de derecho privado: La primera, la pasión por la docencia; los alumnos han de tener la oportunidad de leer y controvertir las tesis del viejo profesor que se revela contra lo tradicional. La segunda, la necesidad de avivar el debate abierto; los contradictores tiene derecho a conocer las tesis en la fuente misma y bajo la responsabilidad del autor que las expresa.

La tercera, el sentimiento de aprecio para con los posibles contradictores; el dicho contra el dicho es un divertimento de academia que regocija la vida, el sueño y la esperanza.

Otras razones existen en la génesis del texto, pero no las dichas basta. De un claro objetivo racional: se busca con el texto convocar a todos los operadores jurídicos al análisis de su contenido, con miras a que abandonen criterios erróneos o para aceptar la novedad, si la hubiese, y para combatir a muerte si se quiere, las tesis planteadas.
