Ob Arbeitsagentur, Sportverein oder Handyanbieter – Organisationen bestimmen unser tägliches Leben. Gemessen an den unzähligen Kontakten als Mitglieder oder Kunden wissen wir jedoch wenig über ihre innere Logik und Verhaltensweisen.
