The wind and is a Power. To feel this, it is necessary to have a sufficient number of free energy and to be tuned on the perception of the nagual (the unknown that is around). Winds from different directions bring different energy winds of infinity that permeate and change everything. In people it cause a subtle change of perception. Without a second attention these changes are impossible to fix. Change of perception changes the thoughts and desires of the person, his mood, opportunities and even environment, so the external and internal world of man depends of its perception. Every person and every object in our material world are associated with a certain direction and the wind of infinity. This leading wind determines the way of life of man, his relationships and personality, gives him strength and confidence. There are 16 winds of infinity, which correspond to the 16 warriors in the party of the Nagual. Men also have their own winds: North-West match the man behind the scene, North-East – scientist, South-West – the man of action, South-East – the assistant.

In the book is described how can find your wind and determine your direction. There is the practical method of transition in a strong state during the abstract journey in which turns on the second attention, caught the energy wind. Found the link between directions of the wind and forms of clouds.

The book is written on the basis of practical experience of awareness (knowledge coming as a sense in the body) and continues the works of Carlos Castaneda.

Freedom lies not in the opportunity of choice

but in the opportunity to refuse anything and go further.

Carlos Castaneda is one of the most mysterious and the influence writers in the history of mankind. He claimed that during field research in anthropology in the United States met an indian named don Juan, who was a mage (shaman). According to Carlos, don Juan opened and showed him an energy description of the Universe that in the depth and scale affects any imagination. Subsequently, Castaneda explained this system in 10 of his books which became international bestsellers and are reissued every year in many countries. The book “West winds of infinity. An addition to the rule of the Nagual of Carlos Castaneda” is written on the basis of practical experience of the author and is a continuation of the works of Carlos Castaneda in the part of the rule of the Nagual. The first chapter contain summarizing the energy description of the Universe (based on “The Fire from Within” and “The Active Side of Infinity” by Carlos Castaneda) with additions, in the second chapter is the rule of the Nagual (from “Eagle`s Gift” and “Second Ring of the Power” by Carlos Castaneda), other chapters contain new material.

All the italicized words in the book relate with phenomena of the nagual (second attention), that cannot be comprehended by the mind and cannot be accurately described by language, but can be experienced on personal experience in the form of feelings and sensations. These phenomena exist on an energetic level and have a fundamental impact on our lives. If same words are not in italics, then it are understood in their ordinary meaning.

The winds of infinity relate to the phenomena of the second attention, therefore does not make sense to evaluate the description of the winds or the book as a whole from the point of view of logic and mind. Moreover, people in life which the mind dominates under the body, most likely, to reject all that is written here. This is because the mind has the desire to reign supreme over our lives and suppresses the will of the body, as well as anything that can weaken its position even with the help of tools that it usually uses, that is language. Personality and mind (in the conventional psychology are two different concepts, but on an energetic level they are closely linked with the concept of the human form) are not our true I and not controls by us. A proof of this is that we can’t stop our internal dialogue in the form of thoughts, images and internal talk at any moment and for any time. People can’t really change something in their life, because they believe everything that the mind says and go on about all their desires and not-desires, not trying to objectively look beyond “don’t want, will not.”

Chapter 1. The Teaching Of Don Juan

To perception of seer a man appears in the form of energy sphere and the Universe – of countless energy fields (energy filaments, emanations), having the self-awareness. The seeing is a direct perception of energy as it flows in the Universe. In the process of seeing a human perceives the surrounding all of himself being and knows the inner essence of phenomena and things. Knowledge perceived in the seeing should be considered as energy fact. It has no link with the activity of the mind.

On the energy sphere there is a point very bright luminosity in which collects the perception of the human. This is the assemblage point. Almost at all people on the planet it is in the same region (of the mind) is back on the surface of the energy sphere. From the position of the physical body, the boundaries of the energy sphere are at arm’s length, and the assemblage point is located behind the blades. It has a size of about a tennis ball. The process of collecting perception at the assemblage point due to attunement emanations outside the energy sphere and internal emanations inside the energy sphere and passing directly through the assemblage point. All living organisms on Earth have the assemblage point, through which passes certain emanations characteristic for perception of this species. Perception is not only the data from the senses, but man’s relation to what he saw, heard, and also to their inner thoughts, desires and feelings.

Despite the fact that the exact location of the assemblage point has a little different at different people, the result of finding it in a certain area on the back surface of the energy sphere at the level of the shoulder blades becomes the perception of the known world of solids with known laws and phenomena. If the assemblage point changes it usual position at certain human (known position of the assemblage point), it grabs other emanations within the energy sphere. The consequence of this displacement and new attunement of internal and external emanations may be collecting an entirely different world in which man may also live and die. Question: where are these other worlds, in fact, has the following answer: in the assemblage point positions corresponding to these worlds.

There are large number positions of the assemblage point, different from known. Within the perception of our world of solids, in addition to the positions on the surface of the sphere, there are the positions of the assemblage point inside the sphere are a place of heightened awareness, a place of inner silence and a place without pity, in which the relation of man to perceived world has changed deeply. Shift of the assemblage point in other position is very difficult because all the free energy that has man uses in the collecting of our world and living typical life in society.

In the result of long study of the human behavior seers have established that the main factors fixed the assemblage point in a known position, that is consumed our free energy, are the internal dialogue and sense of self-importance. Internal dialogue is an endless dialogue, which each of us conducts with himself, often unconscious. It corresponds to the activities of the human mind and manifests in the form of constant presence of thoughts in our head. In fact, the internal dialogue is a run from what is happening here and now, and it gives us known sense of security. Overcoming internal dialogue leads to inner silence, which becomes possible hidden abilities, including moving great distances in a moment. The sense of self-importance (essentially a hidden self-pity) is the feeling that accompanies almost all our thoughts and actions and is often unconscious. It appears often, for example, in that you intentionally try not to notice people, to not show interest or respond angrily when you think that people are being stupid. In general, every action can has a shade of the sense of self-importance but in the other time the same action can has not it. All depends from your sensations, the sense of self-importance causes the subtle tensions in the body. It corresponds to the selfishness of man and is a consequence of the fixing of man on his false “I”. Overcoming sense of self-importance leads to pitilessness (means no pity to yourself weaknesses), which make possible the miracles of stalking.

Stalking is the art of managing own behavior with the possibility of a real change of worldview up to change of personality. Even a small displacement of the assemblage point from its usual location significantly changes the perception of the world. The art of stalking is the ability to engage in this new perception and support it. Thus is the fixation of the assemblage point. But this fixation implies a departure from self, from your personality, abstracting from yourself. This is a very difficult maneuver, considering that people have a compulsion to cling to the false “I”, to assert and maintain self ego. This obsession is associated with the false fear of losing yourself, your dignity. The idea of the falsity of this fear stems from the knowledge of the mages about foreignness of the formation of our personality and involvement in local public life. The art of stalking can also be defined as the art of interaction with people.

Thanks to the seeing, the ancient mages found that during sleep the assemblage point moves naturally inside of the energy sphere and is the further assemblage point away from the ordinary state, the more fantastic dreams a human sees. On the basis of this energy fact the seers discovered the art of dreaming. The art of dreaming is an arbitrary shift of the assemblage point during sleep in the need positions, and the art of stalking is a fixation in the place where it was removed. As in dreaming man acts through the energy body (dreaming body, double), in this case is a stalking with the double. The art of dreaming is also defined as the development of attention of dreaming, which begins with a task to look at your hands in the dream, i.e. to perform a conscious act. The purpose of dreaming is to aware our energy double able to perceive the pure energy and even to materialize in our hard world and to perform certain actions.

One of the main discoveries made by ancient seers was the discovery of the vibrating force that supports our energy sphere as a whole. This adhesive force was called the intent (spirit, abstraction, the Power) by the mages. Mages also found that the Power permeates all things and is responsible for the making of all things and all phenomena in the Universe. The spirit has his own will, incomprehensible for human, and, of course, is a force hidden managing our lives. We have no choice what we do, but we have a choice how we will to do it. In submission intent lies the secret of its managing. Our commands can become commands of Eagle (see below), intent. Spirit is what ultimately shifts the assemblage point, manifesting itself through people and creating certain circumstances in our way. People associated with this force through will. Will is branches like tentacles on the energy sphere, located in relation to the physical body in the abdomen. An arbitrary shift of the assemblage point becomes possible for a warrior with the mastering of the will. From this moment the warrior becomes a mage. Concrete direction of the will and is the intent.

When accumulates enough free energy (personal power), the assemblage point moves and the man gets the opportunity to look at himself (at past condition of perception) from outside, to aware himself known position of the assemblage point. Then it becomes clear that there is some force that fixed the perception, prevented the possibility of its change. This force was called by the mages human form (mind of flyer). The human form is a real energetic entity which binds the awareness of man and keeps it within certain limits. Can say that it is a complex indulgences (indulgence – obsession at concrete things, the idea, the setting, a particular person or people in general, at self appearance, self weaknesses), which pitilessly eating up our free energy, reducing it to an absolute minimum.

The human form is part of the character, personality and mind of human, but clearly define it is impossible, only to feel. It forms the ego, the false “I” of the human. It appears mainly in the internal dialogue and sense of self-importance and take a variety of forms: strong depression, different strong fixations on something, the quest of the mind in the past or the future and re-living there the same situations in different ways, strong internal doubts, obsession fears, inner disputes, strong emotional stresses, obsession inner voice, confused and thrown lots of solutions (first solution or desire usually comes from our true I) etc. The human form causes different tensions in the body and many of them are very thin, inconspicuous. All of these tensions can be called internal turmoil. Probably everyone ever feel a strong tension due to some unpleasant person, which then disappeared during the day at a some moment suddenly by itself or if it was possible to distract. This change is possible due to change of perception when appear free energy that can divert attention from the obsession or with the change of wind which changes the direction of attention.

Seers say that humanity is enslaved alien consumers, whom they called the flyers. These beings are not visible to people, as they exist on the energy level. In some cases, the accumulation of a sufficient level of free energy it can be noticed at night if look defocused eyes: they look like dirty shadows moving in the air in front of us in the dark. In fact, the flyer is a giant scary non-permeable shade, making giant jumps through the air and flat with a roar, descending to the ground in front of us. They devour our awareness by playing on our self-reflection (concentration on ego). Apparently, children sometimes see the flyers and then they tell scary stories about ghosts and monsters that come at night in the dark.

The seers perceive a human baby, as an energy sphere surrounded by a thin shell of awareness of the bright shining. In the process of growing up from its shining shell remains a narrow rim at the level of the heels. Seers say that this is the epicenter of self-reflection, from which man is completely incurable. The flyers leave this part of the awareness human can exist. The thin shell of awareness tends to regenerating and if the flyers stop it to eat, shell grows again to its natural sizes. Exactly the discipline (in this case, the ability to easily overcome difficulties on the path of life) makes the shell of awareness tasteless for the flyer, it scares him. To avoid this, the flyers made a remarkable maneuver from the point of view of the warrior-strategist: they gave us their mind, which represents the human form (mind of flyer). Through it they control the people by throwing out meaningless anxieties of our lives.

Don Juan asked Carlos: “How can you explain the contradiction between the education of an engineer, the stupidity of his beliefs and the contradictory behavior?” Mages say, that our system convictions, our views about good and bad, tempers of our society gave us predators. It was they who gave birth to our hopes, expectations and dreams of success and failure. We owe them greed and cowardice. It was the predators have made us stagnant, complacent and self-centered. Mind of predator sophisticated, controversial, closed and filled with fear that at any moment can be disclosed. The fear of God’s wrath and the fear of a sharpened contradiction with the world, with the people around, arising from the strong affirmation of attention here and now (rebellion against internal dialogue) are the fears of the mind of the flyer. Don Juan advised Carlos: “As soon as your doubts reach a dangerous level, do something meaningful with it. Turn the lights off. Penetrate into the darkness; look everything that you will be able to see in it.”
